Fujitsu Planetarium De Anza College
The Fujitsu Planetarium at De Anza College offers public astronomy shows about space, the solar system, planets, stars and night time constellations. We also offer laser light shows with music from Pink Floyd, The Beatles, The Doors, Hendrix, Zeppelin and more as well as school field trips and birthday party
rentals.
Live Presenters
If you have not yet attended one of our planetarium shows in our newly renovated star theater, please come by on a Saturday evening. Every one of our shows is presented by a live, experienced astronomer/presenter who is there to engage the audience, answer questions and make each show a unique and special encounter.
The International Year of Astronomy 2009 is a global effort initiated by the International Astronomical Union (IAU) and UNESCO to help the citizens of the world rediscover their place in the Universe through the day- and night-time sky, and thereby engage a personal sense of wonder and discovery.
